Privacy Policy

Effective date: April 9, 2026

Reactify Social, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Reactify," "we," "us," or "our"), operates the websites, applications, and related services available at https://reactifysocial.com and associated domains (collectively, the "Service").

This Privacy Policy explains how Reactify Social, Inc. ("Reactify," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and otherwise processes information in connection with the Service. By using the Service, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Who we are

We are a Delaware corporation. Our Service includes a social platform for creators and communities, including feeds, short-form video and reels-style experiences, profiles, direct and group messaging, communities and groups, reactions and engagement features, optional wallet and digital-asset experiences, advertising tools for businesses, and related features we may add over time.

2. Information we collect

Depending on how you use the Service, we may collect or receive:

  • Account and profile data. Name, username, email address, phone number (if provided), password or authentication credentials (stored by us or our account partners in hashed or secured form where applicable), profile photo, bio, links, interests, and other profile fields you choose to provide.
  • Content you create or upload. Posts, comments, messages, media (photos, audio, video), reels, live or recorded streams where supported, hashtags, reactions, ratings, sliders, polls, bookmarks, and similar submissions.
  • Social graph and activity. Follows, blocks, group memberships, invitations, notifications you send or receive, and interactions with content or ads (for example taps, views, completion, and structured reaction events used to operate features and measure engagement).
  • Messages. Content and metadata associated with direct messages and group conversations processed to deliver, store, moderate, and secure messaging features.
  • Wallet, tokens, and blockchain-related data. Public blockchain addresses, transaction identifiers, and on-chain activity that you connect or that is visible on public networks; in-app balances, ledger entries, or rewards associated with our or our partners' systems; and records needed to operate pay-per-view, tips, transfers, or similar features where available.
  • Commercial and advertiser data. Business account details, billing contacts, campaign settings, creative assets, targeting selections, performance metrics, and invoices or payment-related records where you purchase ads or paid features.
  • Device and technical data. IP address, device identifiers, browser type, operating system, language, approximate location derived from IP, crash logs, and diagnostic data.
  • Cookies and similar technologies. Cookies, local storage, pixels, and SDKs to maintain sessions, remember preferences, measure performance, secure accounts, and deliver or measure advertising. Our marketing site may load third-party scripts (for example Google AdSense) subject to those providers' policies and your choices.
  • Communications with us. Support requests, feedback, surveys, and legal or safety notices you send us.
  • Inferred data. We may derive interests, affinity scores, fraud risk signals, or content recommendations from the information above to operate and improve the Service.

3. Sources of information

We collect information from:

  • You, when you register, post, message, connect a wallet, or otherwise use the Service.
  • Service providers and infrastructure partners (for example cloud hosting, content delivery, media processing, email delivery, analytics, security, and customer support tools).
  • Identity, authentication, or wallet partners that help us verify accounts, issue tokens, or link on-chain activity where you authorize that connection.
  • Automatically through your device and our servers, including logs and cookies as described above.
  • Other users who mention or interact with you, or upload content that includes you.
  • Public sources, including public blockchain ledgers and publicly available profiles or websites.

4. How we use information

We use information to:

  • Provide, personalize, and improve the Service, including feeds, discovery, groups, and messaging.
  • Create and maintain accounts, authenticate users, and protect security and integrity.
  • Process, store, transcode, and deliver user-generated media.
  • Operate wallets, rewards, pay-per-view, tipping, NFT-related features, or other digital-economy tools.
  • Deliver, target, measure, and bill for advertising and sponsored content.
  • Send transactional messages, notifications, and (where permitted) marketing communications.
  • Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, spam, and policy violations.
  • Comply with law, respond to lawful requests, and enforce our Terms of Service.
  • Conduct analytics, research, and product development, including training or tuning models where permitted by law and our agreements.

5. How we share information

We may share information as follows:

  • Public and social sharing. Profile fields and content you choose to make public, or share with specific users or groups, are visible as you direct.
  • Service providers. Vendors that host data, process media, send email, provide analytics, fight fraud, or support customer service, bound by contractual obligations.
  • Advertising and measurement partners. Partners that help serve or measure ads, including where we use programmatic advertising on our marketing properties.
  • Blockchain networks. Transactions you initiate may be recorded on public blockchains and be beyond our ability to erase.
  • Corporate transactions. In a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may transfer as part of that transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.
  • Legal and safety. When required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security of users, Reactify, or the public.
  • With your direction. When you connect third-party apps, wallets, or share content externally.

We do not sell personal information for money in the traditional sense of selling a mailing list. We may use advertising technology that shares identifiers or usage data with partners to deliver or measure ads, which can constitute "selling" or "sharing" under certain U.S. state laws. See Section 8 for your choices.

6. Retention

We retain information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Backup copies may persist for a limited period. Public blockchain data may remain permanently on-chain.

7. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; you use the Service at your own risk.

8. U.S. state privacy rights (including California)

If you are a resident of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, or other U.S. states with comprehensive privacy laws, you may have rights to know, access, delete, correct, and obtain a copy of certain personal information; to opt out of "sale," "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising, or targeted advertising where applicable; and to limit use of sensitive personal information in some cases. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

California residents: We provide the notice at collection above. You may submit requests by emailing help@reactifysocial.com. We will verify your request consistent with applicable law. You may use an authorized agent where permitted; we may require proof of authorization. California's "Shine the Light" law (Civil Code section 1798.83) may grant additional disclosure rights regarding certain sharing with third parties for their direct marketing; to inquire, contact us at the email above.

9. International users

If you access the Service from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be processed in the United States and other countries where we or our providers operate, which may have different data protection rules than your jurisdiction.

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we may rely on contract, legitimate interests, consent, or other permitted bases. You may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, or object, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Contact help@reactifysocial.com to exercise those rights.

10. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

11. Third-party links and embedded content

The Service may link to third-party sites or embed third-party players or widgets. Their collection and use of information is governed by their own policies.

12. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version with a new effective date and, where required, provide additional notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy where permitted by law.
